Alec Manzer

Alec represents clients primarily in the areas of business formation, business transactions, commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, and estate planning. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Alec grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2014, and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017.

While at Georgia Law, Alec served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, served as a Research Assistant for Professor Thomas V. Burch, received the Carl E. Sanders Law Scholarship, won the Most-Improved Category of the Martin/Carnes Competition for Excellence in Writing, and was selected as a Pupil in the E. Wycliffe Orr, Sr. American Inn of Court.  As a third-year law student, Alec externed with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in their corporate and real estate legal departments.

Alec lives in Buckhead, and in his free time enjoys running, college football, and high-handicap golf.
