Graham specializes in business and commercial litigation, including disputes related to complex contracts, business transactions, fiduciary duties, real estate, and landlord-tenant and debtor-creditor matters. He also advises individuals and companies on business structure, transactions, risk management and dispute avoidance; practices in the areas of franchise and government law; and serves as a Special Master in Fulton County Superior Court.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and before all Georgia trial and appellate courts. In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars recognized Graham as one of the top attorneys in Georgia. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state of Georgia are selected to this list.
Graham grew up in Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia in 2002 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2006.
In November 2013, Graham was elected to the City Council for Sandy Springs, the 2nd largest city in Metro Atlanta and the 6th largest city in Georgia. Graham served on the City Council for Sandy Springs until March 2016, when he qualified, with the encouragement of many community leaders, to run for Georgia’s State House of Representatives. Graham previously served as the Vice Chairman of the City of Sandy Springs Economic Development Advisory Committee, on the State Bar of Georgia’s Advisory Committee on Legislation and as a Board of Director of the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division.
Graham is the President of the Sandy Springs Bar Association and also serves on the Board of Trustees for Leadership Sandy Springs. He is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division’s Leadership Academy and of Leadership Sandy Springs.
Graham lives in Sandy Springs with his wife, Kelly, and their three young sons. He enjoys free time with friends and family, spending time outdoors, playing tennis and traveling.
