Richard’s practice primarily focuses on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on trucking law. Richard is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Richard was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in English. While attending Kennesaw State, Richard studied abroad in Japan and worked as a student teacher and coordinator for Chukyo University in Nagoya, Japan. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University’s College of Law in 2020. During law school, Richard performed mediations through the Fulton County Landlord-Tenant Mediation clinic. Prior to joining O’Daniel McDonald, he worked with an Atlanta firm representing individuals and corporations in various areas of law, including civil litigation, estate litigation, land-lord tenant law and property disputes.

Richard lives in Atlanta and enjoys reading and painting when he finds the time.
