A founding member of O’Daniel McDonald, LLC, Graham is a trial attorney who has tried complex civil matters at both the state and federal level with great success.

Graham specializes in business and commercial litigation, including disputes related to complex contracts, business transactions, fiduciary duties, real estate, and landlord-tenant and debtor-creditor matters. He also advises individuals and companies on business structure, transactions, risk management and dispute avoidance, including through the role of outside general counsel; practices in the areas of franchise, estate, trust and probate litigation; and has served as a Special Master in Fulton County Superior Court.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and before all Georgia trial and appellate courts. Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars has repeatedly recognized Graham as one of the top attorneys in Georgia. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state of Georgia are selected to this list.

Graham grew up in Arlington, Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgia State University College of Law.

In 2013, Graham was elected to the City Council for Sandy Springs, which at the time was the 2nd largest city in Metro Atlanta and the 6th largest city in Georgia. Graham served on the City Council for Sandy Springs until 2016, when he qualified, with the encouragement of many community leaders, to run for Georgia's State House of Representatives. Graham previously served as the Vice Chairman of the City of Sandy Springs Economic Development Advisory Committee, on the State Bar of Georgia's Advisory Committee on Legislation, and as a Board of Director of the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division. He currently serves on the State Bar of Georgia’s Programs Committee, on the Board of Trustees for Leadership Sandy Springs, on the Board of Directors of the Sandy Springs Bar Association and is the Immediate Past President of the Sandy Springs Bar Association. Graham is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division's Leadership Academy and of Leadership Sandy Springs.

Graham lives in Sandy Springs with his wife, Kelly, and their three boys. He enjoys free time with friends and family, spending time outdoors, playing tennis and traveling.
