KEITH A. O'DANIEL

Keith offers more than 25 years of experience in the areas of business transactions, contract negotiations and drafting, business mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, wills trusts and estates, fiduciary litigation and property law. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Keith was raised in DeWitt, Arkansas. He received his law degree from the Georgia State University School of Law in 1990 and his undergraduate degree in Industrial Management in 1976 from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he played football in 1972 and 1973.
Prior to law school, Keith worked for the Pillsbury Company and then, in 1982, became President of Computer Network, Inc. where he worked until he started his solo legal practice in 1991. Keith established Pioneer Timber, Inc., a timber management company, in 1987 and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Keith is married to Marsha Seaton O’Daniel. Together they have three children and four grandchildren. Keith is a member of the United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine and holds a Master’s license qualifying him to captain vessels rated up to 100 tons. He is also a private pilot and an Eagle Scout.
