Matthew is a partner with the firm and represents businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, business formation, governance, pre-suit disputes and contract negotiations. Matthew also devotes a portion of his practice to advisory services for business clients in commercial litigation.

Matthew is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.
