William S. Weston
insurance defense and trucking law attorney
William’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and trucking litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
William was born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Family Science. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2019. At Emory Law, William was a member of the Journal of Law and Religion, on which he served as an Assistant Managing Editor for Spading. He was also involved with Emory Law’s Student Bar Association, serving as Vice President of Student Affairs.
During law school, William spent time as an extern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as with the Georgia General Assembly. Prior to joining O’Daniel McDonald, he worked with an Atlanta firm representing plaintiffs in various types of personal injury litigation.
William lives in Atlanta, and enjoys hiking, exploring throughout Georgia, trying new restaurants, and traveling both domestically and internationally when he is not practicing law. He is also an Eagle Scout.
